Youth Enterprises Australia (YEA) is a labour solutions Social Enterprise, mobilising untapped early career talent.
We partner with businesses and public sector entities to deliver workforce capacity and ESG/Social Procurement objectives. Our model is delivered as a 6-month employment and training program to help young people transition to longer-term employment.
Our program is backed by 24 year history of engaging and supporting young Victorians. We have national recognition with businesses and governments as a fully certified social enterprise.

Youth Enterprises Australia is committed to creating positive social impact through improving the lives of disadvantaged youth thereby reducing poverty and unemployment as well as promoting diversity and inclusion in workplaces and communities.
We understand the importance of accurate and reliable metrics for tracking social impact. Youth Enterprise Australia is proud to be partnering with The Centre for Social Impact, Swinburne University in its development of the SEEDKit program.

YEA is a 6-month transition program to help you move into longer-term employment. During the program you will be provided employability skills training, a respectful wage and wholistic wrap-around supports from our dedicated youth workers.
